The San Francisco International Airport (Airport) is seeking proposals from qualified firms, teams, joint ventures, or other qualified business entities for Project Delivery Partners for the Airport Tenant Relocations Project (Project).The Project will selectively renovate and repurpose interior office and operational spaces within the Dianne Feinstein International Terminal (DFIT) and the Courtyard 4 Connector (C4C) Building to accommodate Airport Commission staff offices, tenant lease areas, passenger amenities, lounges, and other tenant-serving functions.The Project may include the relocation of federal tenants such as the Transportation Security Administration, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and Drug Enforcement Administration, as well as the creation of new and relocated airline ticket office spaces to support international carrier growth.The Project scope will include the design and construction of approximately 80,000 square feet of interior space. The spaces within DFIT are currently fit out interior spaces, while the spaces within C4C are warm shell spaces. The Project will also include the relocation of Airport tenants and Airport Commission staff into the constructed spaces. Work may extend to other Airport-wide facilities as needed to support these relocations.
