Pursuant to the Port St. Lucie City Code of Ordinance 35.07, this electronic Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified proposer who will provide Project Title to the City of Port St. Lucie (hereinafter, “City”) as further described in this Intake. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to obtain the services of a Professional Water Management Consulting Engineering Firm (PWMCEF). The selected firm would be required to maintain the Public Works computerized central control system, its associated sensors and operational components and ensure the City of Port St. Lucie (PSL) remains in compliance with its South Florida Water Management Districts issued consumptive use permits (CUP’s) and FS373.62(7) irrigation variance.
