The proposed project will inventory the existing drainage system, evaluate the capacity of the existing drainage system, and compare the existing capacity to anticipated flows based on the latest hydrologic data. This analysis will include the drainage facilities within the urbanized areas. The analysis shall also examine how these drainage facilities interact with the downstream drainage facilities owned and operated by Reclamation District 784.
