In accordance with Florida State Statute 287.055, Consultants Competitive Negotiations Act (CCNA), the purpose of this RFQ is to award multiple continuing agreements, establishing a pool of consultants to provide prompt and efficient professional services. The services to be provided under this agreement will be provided on an as-needed basis using purchase orders issued by the City.If made, the recommendation of award will be made to the best overall professional consultant(s) whose qualifications proposal is most advantageous to the city, taking into consideration the evaluation factors set forth in this RFQ.
