Professional General Contractor for Projects less than $125K for the County of Volusia, FL

Description

The County of Volusia is seeking the services of professional certified general/building contractors for construction and repair services for projects valued at less than $125,000 throughout the County of Volusia. Multiple firms will be awarded a contract, and all projects will be quoted between the awarded firms. Prospective contractors should be well versed in commercial renovations and repairs, included but not limited to: metal stud framing, drywall installation and finishing, acoustical ceiling installation, interior and minor demolition, all facets of wood and masonry construction, concrete block construction and associated concrete work, finish carpentry and cabinet work, park and beach walkover repairs and re-builds, construction of pre-fabricated commercial pavilion shelter, as covered in divisions 1 through 10 of the CSI Master Format. Awarded Contractors will also act as prime contractor on other required associated trades work performed by subcontractors, as covered under divisions 21, 22, 23, 26, 27, 28 & 31 of the CSI Master Format.
