City of Cooper City (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to evaluate and deliver design, permitting, bidding/construction award assistance and post-design services with a complete set of drawings and specifications to upgrade and/or replace the entire Electrical System for its water and wastewater treatment, storage, distribution and collection systems. Proposers shall provide a full range of services in all required disciplines of engineering, but not limited to, all resources, including labor, equipment, tools, software, hardware, testing and all activities and related services for the aforementioned work.
