Professional Engineering Design Services Improvements to Intersection of College Drive (CR673) and Blenheim-Erial Road (CR706) Gloucester Township, Camden County

Description

The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the preparation of preliminary and final engineering design plans, specifications, and estimates for the Improvements to Intersection of College Drive (CR 673) and Blenheim-Erial Road (CR 706) Pro2024ject in Gloucester Township, Camden County.  The design in accordance with the preliminary preferred alternative (PPA) selected under the Local Concept Development (CD) Report prepared by Dewberry dated February 10, 2023.  The CD Report was prepared using Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) funding managed by the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC). The critical components of this professional engineering design service project include, but are not limited to:Coordinate design and conduct meeting(s) with DVRPC, NJDOT, NJDEP, Gloucester Township, Camden County Parks Department, Camden County Public Works, and all related Government agencies and affected businesses, residents, community organizations, and stakeholders.Coordinate design and conduct meeting(s) with all utilities, including Atlantic City Electric, South Jersey Gas, Aqua, Verizon, Comcast, CCMUA, GTMUA, and any other utilities impacted by the project design.Wetlands InvestigationSoils and Roadway Pavement InvestigationsPreliminary Engineering Plans and SpecificationsPreparation of Preliminary and Final ROW Plans, all incidental right-
