The City seeks a qualified engineering design professional to provide field survey, design and permitting services for roadway improvements associated with the Village Green Drive Master Plan, as adopted by City Council in July 2021. The scope of work that the engineer has agreed to perform pursuant to E-RFP 20250072 is Professional Engineering Design Services, as referred to herein, related to Village Green Drive for approximately 1.65 miles from US Highway One to SE Tiffany Avenue. The design of side street improvements shall be provided for a distance required to tie into the existing roadway.
