The purpose of this request for statement of qualifications (RSQ) is to select the most highly qualified firm(s) to provide the requested services. It is anticipated that one (1) firm will be awarded a contract to provide the necessary services for a period of two (2) years or until project completion, whichever occurs later, exercisable at the option of the County.
