Cobb County ("County") is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for Professional Design Services for the construction of the project "New South Cobb Public Health Building”, (“Project”), located at 490 Riverside Pkwy, Austell, GA, 30168The County is seeking the services of an architectural/engineering firm (the “Design Professional”) to provide all design services, including the development of plans and specifications. The Design Professional   will   provide   the   complete   program verification, schematic, design  development, and construction documents.  The successful Design Professional will contract with the Owner in a timely manner.Submissions shall be received before 12:00 PM on November 13, 2025, via the County's eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cobbcoga.Cobb County is accepting electronic bid submissions.
