The County of Yuba Community Development and Services Agency is seeking proposals from qualified professional consulting firms and individuals experienced in the preparation of online housing fee calculators. To streamline this process, a consulting firm proficient with JavaScript or another viable programming language who is also familiar with the intersection between the local/regional jurisdiction building process and special districts, will produce an online housing fee calculator. For the scope of work, staff envisions the selected consultant will demonstrate their qualifications to perform the programming necessary to produce the online calculator. The consultant will then reach out to various stakeholders within Yuba County Community Development and Services Agency, as well as special districts such as school districts, water and sewer providers, drainage districts, levee districts and fire districts to determine the fee structures the consultant would be required to incorporate into the online housing fee calculator.
