The City of Newnan Urban Redevelopment Agency is seeking proposals from pre-qualified contractors for the construction of new single-family residential dwelling units under the Chalk Level Area Housing Rehabilitation Program utilizing funding provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The City of Newnan and the NURA will furnish respondents with full construction drawings, specifications, house location plans, and landscape requirements.
