Proposals are being accepted by West Basin Municipal Water District (West Basin), a Municipal Water District, for Project Title. The Solids Handling Improvement Project aims to refurbish the aging Plate and Frame Filter Presses (PFFPs) and associated infrastructure at West Basin's Edward C. Little Water Recycling Facility.
