Description

The City of Manhattan Beach is soliciting proposals from consultants to provide robust, high-quality professional communications and public outreach services for the Public Works Department on an as-needed basis. The work could consist of developing communication strategies, public outreach plans, and the actual implementation of these strategies and plans for a variety of projects. Such projects could include, but are not limited to, water, sewer, stormwater, utility undergrounding, urban forestry, park maintenance, facility rehabilitation, and street resurfacing capital improvements.The City reserves the right to award this bid to one consultant or multiple consultants.  The specifications below describe the scope of work, requirements, and minimum qualifications of the consultant(s). It is the intent of this specification to describe all the requirements for the service agreement. The service shall conform to, and the bidder’s proposal shall include, all provisions of the following specification.
