Both locations require a deep clean of all cubicle areas, office spaces, conference rooms, and hallways. Cost, conformity to technical specifications, and vendor availability for weekend scheduling will be considered.After a comprehensive evaluation of all quotations, a County purchase order is expected to be issued to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. To be considered "responsive and responsible," the vendor must:Attend the mandatory site walkthroughs for both facilities.Demonstrate the capability to perform restorative deep-cleaning on carpets with long-term heavy soiling.Provide a written statement that vendor agrees to return to the site(s) at no additional cost to retreat any stains that reappear within 72 hours of the initial cleaning.
