The audit period is for fiscal years 2025 through 2029, subject to the annual review and recommendation of the Council Finance/Audit Committee, the satisfactory negotiation of terms (including a price acceptable to both the City and the selected firm), the concurrence of the City Council and the annual availability of an appropriation.
