The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, MD (the "WSSC"), is soliciting sealed responses for Project Title. Responses are to be submitted via WSSC's eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/wsscwater prior to [insert date]. Late responses will not be accepted.This initiative seeks to provide WSSC personnel with role-specific, high-quality training in procurement and contract management. The goal is to build staff capabilities in key areas such as strategic sourcing, negotiation, contract monitoring, supplier diversity, compliance, and ethics. The training should equip staff to navigate public procurement environments with confidence and align their practices with WSSC’s strategic and regulatory goals. Furthermore, the training should promote continuous learning, a shared understanding of roles across departments, and standardized best practices.
