Description

The City of Santa Monica is committed to ensuring that all vendors and service providers have significant practicable opportunities to compete for and participate in the City’s procurement of goods and services. To that end, the City seeks professional services to conduct a disparity study to explore current barriers to equity and inclusion of the City’s procurement and contracting practices, design a plan to implement changes responding to disparity study findings, and create a structural framework for vendor education, outreach, and support.
