1Government Procurement Alliance (1GPA) is seeking a qualified firm(s) to provide Deer Valley Unified School District (DVUSD) and Members of 1GPA with a Procurement Card and/or an Automated Accounts Payable program.Deer Valley Unified School, the lead agency for this 1GPA solicitation, currently has a Procurement Card Program. It is DVUSD intention to engage with a qualified and experienced firm to increase the number of school districts and other public agencies to use this potential contract to obtain the most aggressive savings and possible rebates for DVUSD and 1GPA Members.This is a new contract for 1GPA, but over the next five (5) years the utilization for school districts and other public agencies is expected to grow.The goal of this procurement process is to achieve the following benefits:• Decreased administrative costs for each participating 1GPA Member.• Increased rebate share for each participating 1GPA Member due to the leverage of expected volume.• Reduced contracting cost for each participating 1GPA Member due to the cooperative competitive process.
