The Teachers’ Retirement System of the State of Illinois (the System or TRS) is requesting proposals for Project Title. The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit competitive proposals from experienced and qualified firms in sufficient detail to permit an objective evaluation of all submissions. As a result of this RFP, TRS may enter into contracts with one or more firms that demonstrate the expertise, resources, and capabilities necessary to support the System’s private equity secondary market investment activities.
