The County of Greenville is seeking sealed proposals from vendors to provide high-quality printing, insertion and mailing services to achieve the requirements set forth in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The County desires to enter into a four year contract with the possibility of four annual renewals, and reserves the right to add additional printing, insertion and/or mailing services to the contract. Additionally, other agencies may utilize the services specified in this RFP, with a separate Contract between the respective-entity and Awarded Contractor.
