Printing and Mailing Services

Description

Scope of Services: The City of Lake Forest (“City”) is seeking bids from qualified vendors (“Consultant" or "Contractor”) to provide exceptional printing, mailing, graphic design services, or similar services in the production of the City's outreach materials. The City requires Newsletter Printing and Mailing for City publications identified herein as (1) The Leaflet magazine and Recreation Guide and (2) In Business pamphlet. Samples of The Leaflet and Recreation Guide are available at www.lakeforestca.gov/publications and the In Business newsletter can be found at www.lakeforestbusiness.com. Bids should include services to design, create, print, and circulate an informational brochure, as well as informational postcards on an as-needed basis.Term of Contract: The services are expected to be completed withing three (3) years from contract award. The City anticipates awarding a contract with an initial term of July 20, 2025 to July 19, 2028. If the parties are unable to reach an agreement, the City, at its sole discretion, will not move forward with the renewal term(s) and shall re-procure the work.
