Printing and Mailing First-Class Notices for Escambia County - Office of Management & Budget

Escambia County is seeking proposals from qualified local vendors (located within a radius of 25 miles of 221 South Palafox Place in Pensacola, Florida) to provide printing and First-Class mailing services to between 123,000 and 127,000 addresses. The "Notice of Non-Ad Valorem Assessments" notice will inform property owners about the increased assessment amounts for Fire Protection benefits through the Escambia County Fire Protection District Municipal Services Benefit Unit (MSBU), which will be included in the annual tax bill.*Anticipated need is dependent on action by Board of County Commissioners and is not yet guaranteed.Escambia County will provide the First-Class Notice template and a database of data that includes name/address/property/cost data.The vendor will be responsible for producing high-quality printed materials and ensuring the timely delivery of these notices to the designated recipients. This scope of work outlines the detailed specifications, service requirements, and delivery requirements associated with this project.
