In the Scope of Work, the Printing Specifications section asks that you to provide a sample of printing work produced on the noted stock and on the press you intend to use for this agreement. Page | 3 SCOPE OF WORK The East Bay Regional Park District (Park District) publishes the Regional In Nature Activity Guide (RIN) six (6) times per year. The Park District has strict performance and quality requirements, including superior customer support, tight 4/C registration on press, bright colors, centering of content, clean printing without ink smudges, neat bundling, and consistent, on-time delivery to delivery locations. View online versions of past issues at https://www.ebparks.org/whats-new/rin This Invitation to Bid seeks cost estimates for: 1) printing the 6 RINs 2) Delivery of product in bundles of 100, divided among two drop sites: a) our warehouse at 2501 Grizzly Peak Boulevard, Orinda, CA 94563 b) and our mail house, Mailstream: 125 Mason Circle, Unit K, Concord, CA 94520 PRINTING SPECIFICATIONS 1) Size/color/bleed/folds/binding/number pages: • six issues of 12 pages each • 21 inches x 11 inches • fold to 10 1/2 x 11 inches • 4-color process color • no bleed • no binding • Live image area TBD per your requirements. 2) The quantity ranges listed below are per issue. Six issues are printed per year.
