Leon County Government “County” is accepting proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive Printer/Copier Maintenance and Support Services.Applicants will be deemed ineligible if the applicant has any pending civil or administrative action against the applicant brought by any federal or state governmental entity, as defined in 18 USC § 2711 (4) and by Florida Statutes, including but not limited to any county, municipality, special district, school district, utility authority or other authority; or if the applicant is currently engaged in any dispute or controversy related to or arising out of the allegation that the applicant is in breach of any contract with any governmental entity as described above. This requirement also applies to all subcontractors. It is the responsibility of the prime contractor to ensure that all subcontractors utilized are in compliance with this requirement.
