Preventative Maintenance Services for Building Systems

Description

The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA), hereinafter referred to as “OWNER”, is soliciting for a qualified contractor to provide services that include, but are not limited to routine and emergency inspections, monitoring, maintenance and repair of the following: Domestic Water Heaters, Domestic Pumping Systems & Controls, Make-Up Air Units, Fan Coils, Gas Heat Exchangers, Exhaust Systems, Outside Air Economizers, Domestic Building Lighting Systems, Emergency Lighting Systems, Solar Arrays, Solar Thermal systems, Battery Inverters, Water Treatment Systems, Building EMS Systems, Generators, HVAC Systems & Boilers. Services apply to nine (9) properties in the City of Sacramento which are outlined in detail in the Building Systems Maintenance Schedule. It is the intent of the OWNER to award one (1) contract to one (1) contractor for an initial period of twenty four (24) months with the option to add three (3) additional one-year periods.
