Sarasota County intends to renew a sole source procurement with NALCO Company LLC for the provision of preventative maintenance services for 3D TRASAR systems in Sarasota County's HVAC equipments for a period of three years. In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation. The County is not interested in responses from respondents not authorized by NALCO Company LLC to sell these products/services to the County.
