The Contractor shall be readily available to provide technical services and personnel to perform preventative maintenance, and minor modifications to the Town’s Generators and Automatic Transfer Switches. Minor modifications of related controls, instrumentation, and wiring may be required to ensure proper safety, performance, and reliability. A complete list of assets is enclosed in the attached Schedule A –Generators and Schedule B – Transfer Switch.
