Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services for Heavy-Duty Fleet Vehicles and Equipment

Description

The City of Pasadena Public Works Department, Building Systems and Fleet Management Division (BSFMD) is soliciting quotes from qualified Contractors to provide preventative maintenance, diagnostics, inspections, troubleshooting, and repair services for the City’s heavy-duty fleet vehicles and equipment. Services shall generally be performed at the Contractor’s service facility; however, the City may request mobile onsite service at City facilities or other City-designated locations when operationally appropriate. The City will coordinate and make arrangements for the transportation of vehicles and equipment to and from the Contractor’s service facility. The resulting purchase order will provide the City with timely, reliable, and cost-effective maintenance and repair services to support continued fleet operations.
