In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to, providing all labor, materials, equipment, and project management for asbestos and lead abatement for PMSA projects in accordance with the Specifications and miscellaneous associated work at such times and locations as required. The work shall be located in the Presidio of Monterey, Ord Military Community and DHRA Enterprise Operation Center (DEOC).
