IMPORTANT NOTICE &ndash; PREQUALIFICATION PHASE ONLYThis phase of the project is for prequalification purposes only and is not the bidding phase.Contractors who successfully complete the prequalification process and satisfy all requirements established by the District will receive a Prequalification Approval Letter. Only firms that receive this approval letter will be eligible to participate in the subsequent bidding phase of the project.Upon issuance of the Prequalification Approval Letter, approved contractors will be invited to submit a bid when the project is formally released for bidding.Any prior prequalification approvals, determinations, letters, emails, or other communications issued by the District shall not apply to this solicitation. All interested bidders, including those previously prequalified by the District for other projects or solicitations, must complete and submit the prequalification application and all required documentation specified in this bid. Only bidders determined by the District to be prequalified under this specific solicitation will be eligible to submit a bid.Contractors who do not receive a Prequalification Approval Letter shall not be permitted to submit a bid for this project.Please note: The Specifications, Construction Agreement, General Conditions, and other contract documents are provided for informational purposes and will govern the subsequent bidding phase.
