Preferred Ground Transportation Provider Concession

Description

The selected Proposer shall provide, for and on behalf of the Aviation Authority, high quality and reasonably priced ground transportation services in limousines, sedans, vans and buses at Orlando International Airport, Orlando, Florida (MCO), to the required destination areas, consistent with public safety and convenience, to ensure the efficient movement of Passengers to and from MCO, and to develop revenues for support of MCO. It is the intent of the Aviation Authority that a Proposer will provide the services specified in the Description of Concession detailed in Section 2.0. The Aviation Authority intends to select the Proposer that it deems to be the most highly qualified, responsible, and responsive to the Aviation Authority to perform the required services after considering the evaluation criteria, in its exclusive discretion. This Request for Proposals includes an Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) Minority participation requirement. The Participation Goal for this Concession will be 10% for ACDBEs.
