Pre-Qualification of Bidders for Fire Station #4 Construction Project

 Notice of Pre-Qualification. The City of Palo Alto (“City”) requires that all bidders for its Fire Station #4 Construction Project (“Project”) be pre-qualified by the City as set forth herein. This pre- qualification requirement applies only to bids submitted to perform the work as prime contractor. Subcontractors are not required to pre-qualify for the Project.The Project involves demolition of existing fire station buildings, integration of the existing fuel station on site, and creating a new fire station building.
