Pre-Qualification #13-202 - Pre-Qualification for Construction of Park, Recreation & Libraries Parks and Facilities for 2027

Notice is hereby given that the City of Roseville, Parks, Recreation & Libraries Department (PRL) is hereby pre-qualifying all bidders for the Parks, Recreation & Libraries construction of, new and rehabilitation projects. For an example list of potential projects, see www.roseville.ca.gov/parksintheworks After the pre-qualification process has been completed, the City will issue a Notice to Contractors for each of these projects to pre-qualified Contractors. It is mandatory that all Primary Contractors who intend to submit a bid(s) for any PRL projects for the 2027 calendar year to fully complete the pre-qualification questionnaire, provide all materials requested herein, and be approved by the City of Roseville to be on the final qualified bidders’ list.
