The information gathered will be used to create an informational list of consultants that homeowners may reference when seeking professional services for their ADU projects.This list will include firms specializing in areas such as structural engineering, civil engineering, design services, Title 24/energy consulting, surveying, and geotechnical engineering. Homeowners participating in the program will be able to consult this informational list when identifying potential service providers. The City will also include a disclaimer making clear that the list is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute an endorsement, approval, or recommendation of any consultant or contractor.By issuing this RFI, the City aims to connect homeowners with useful resources while supporting a smoother pre-design process for ADU development.
