Project includes both external and internal construction • North Terminal - adds a total of 4,800 sq. ft. in new construction to the terminal and 2,280 of interior renovation. Construction is split between both ends of the terminal. • Federal Inspection Station (FIS) - interior renovation on both the first and second floors in the south concourse covering 17,780 sq. ft. • South Terminal - adds a total of 2,500 sq. ft. in new construction to the terminal and 3,750 of interior renovation. New construction is located at Gate 11 with interior renovation spread between Gates 14, 12 and 11.
