PATERSON PUBLIC SCHOOLS LEGAL NOTICE The School Business Administrator of the Paterson Public Schools District in the County of Passaic, State of New Jersey, by the authority of said board, solicits sealed bids for student transportation. Bids will be received at the Department of Purchasing of the Paterson Board of Education, located at 90 Delaware Avenue, Fourth Floor, Paterson, New Jersey, 07503 up to 10:00 AM prevailing time on JULY 15, 2026. STUDENT TRANSPORTATION SERVICES 2026-2027 School Year Bid No. PPS 571-27 Specifications are available upon request at the Paterson Public Schools, Department of Purchasing, of the Paterson Board of Education, located at 90 Delaware Avenue, Paterson, New Jersey, 07503. All bids must be submitted on the bid form contained in these specifications. Bids which are not submitted on such form will be rejected. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27, et seq. (Affirmative Action).
