Bids must be made on the proposal forms included in the specification and may be returned to Theresa Miller at the address above. This contract is subject to the provisions of the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25 et seq., and all contractors and/or subcontractors must comply with the requirements thereof.
