Portable Restrooms, Fencing & Barricades

Description

It is the intent of Rose Bowl Operating Company (RBOC), hereinafter named as Owner to execute a contract between the Owner and Portable Restroom, Barricade and Fencing Supplier (“Contractor”) capable of providing the specified materials and quantities listed herein to the RBOC. Specified materials must be provided for approximately 25 major events and up to 10 minor events per Contract Year. Contractor must be able to provide the specified materials with four or five days’ lead time.The Rose Bowl Stadium is an 89,766-seat outdoor stadium and is the venue for UCLA home football games, the annual Rose Bowl Game®, international soccer games, large concerts and multi-day music festivals. “Major Events” are defined as those events where attendance is in excess of 20,000 patrons. The Rose Bowl hosts approximately twenty-five (25) Major Events per calendar year. The initial term of the contract is for one (1) year, commencing on July 1, 2026, with two (2) one-year options to renew, on the same terms and conditions as were in the original proposal, at the sole discretion of the RBOC Chief Executive Officer.
