Services required include debris removal, equipment and pump maintenance, taking and adjusting pool chemical readings and heater service. Weekly and annual maintenance services and repairs are needed at:Annenberg Beach House -- 1 Pool and 1 Splashpad415 Pacific Coast Hwy, Santa Monica, CA 90402 Santa Monica Swim Center -- 2 Pools 2225 16th St., Santa Monica, CA 90405Virginia Avenue Park -- 1 Splashpad 2200 Virginia Ave. The City is interested in a five (5) year contract. The vendor shall provide and administer specialized services as specifically described in this bid, maintain continuing cooperation with Public Landscape personnel throughout.
