This Letter of Intent may be emailed to purchasing@manchesterct.govAfter filing their letter of intent, bidders will contact Carey Strout, Waste Water Treatment Plant Superintendent via email at cstrout@manchesterct.gov for an appointment to perform laboratory jar tests.
