The City of Apopka (City) owns several water treatment plants including the Plymouth Regional Water Treatment Plant (WTP). The Plymouth Regional WTP currently has a permitted capacity 1.728 MGD. There are 4 water production wells at the facility. Three wells withdraw water from the Upper Florida aquifer (UFA) which includes Wells No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3. One well withdraws water from the Lower Floridan aquifer (LFA) which is Well No. 4.
