The City of Tucson (City) is conducting a competitive proposal process to establish an annual requirements contract for PLANNING SERVICES. The City is seeking proposals from qualified offerors able to meet the Scope of Services herein. The City will consider offers proposing team or Prime and Subconsultant structures to meet the Scope of Services.Services will be requested on an as-needed, if-needed basis and the City makes no guarantee as to the amount of work the consultant(s) will actually receive.
