Plan Review and Inspection Services

Description

The City desires to engage the Consultant to deliver services for Plan Review and Inspection Services in accordance with the Scope of Services.Work will be assigned on an individual unit basis, and selection as an awarded firm does not guarantee assignment of work, as the City reserves the right to assign work at its sole discretion. Pricing provided herein shall be enforced on all invoices during the term of this RFQ.The Consultant shall perform the Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and in coordination and/or conjunction with those services rendered by the City and its authorized representatives, agents or other consultants.  The Consultant shall fully cooperate with the City’s authorized representatives, employees and elected officials of the City, and the agents or other consultants of them in relation to the performance of their respective contractual obligations to the City.  The City’s retention of other consultants shall not relieve the Consultant of its responsibilities under this Agreement or entitle the Consultant to an adjustment in the schedule, the Services, or the Consultant’s compensation.
