The County is seeking proposals from qualified Vendors for Project Title, in accordance with the terms and conditions and specifications set forth in this solicitation.This project includes Phase II site work and general construction at the County Park known as Pirate's Wharf, located on Whitehaven Rd in Quantico, MD. The scope includes: site work and grading, on-site wetland mitigation construction, construction of multiple observation decks throughout the property, construction of trails and pathways, parking lot, and roadway construction. Coordination with the County will be required to complete this work in an existing and active County park.
