Physical Security Services for Public Transit Locations

Description

COTA seeks to procure professional security guard services for designated public transit facilities for a three-year contract term. Services will include scheduled guard staffing, visible interior and exterior patrols, access control, visitor management, CCTV and alarm monitoring, incident response, daily activity reporting, and coordination with COTA personnel and emergency responders.The contractor will be responsible for providing trained, qualified, properly supervised personnel, required uniforms and equipment, patrol documentation tools, and ongoing service management in accordance with the Scope of Work. Payment will be made for authorized services rendered, documented, invoiced, and accepted by COTA.
