The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide Engineering services for the Phoenix Deer Valley Airport Taxiway C Strengthening and Reconstruction project. Services will include assessment, design, and possible construction administration and inspection. This project site is located at 702 W. Deer Valley Road.
