The proposed project, hereinafter referred to as the “Project” consists of the construction of pedestrian facilities along 20th Street in DeFuniak Springs, Florida for Phase I of the North End Multi-Use Trail and Pedestrian Path Connection project. Construction limits for Phase I of the 20th Street pedestrian improvements begins at the intersection of Walton Road and 20th Street and will extend south approximately 0.75 miles, to terminate at the Emerald Coast Technical College.
