Phase 1 - Liquid Emulsion Polymer Bench and Full-Scale Testing at the Southerly and Westerly Wastewater Treatment Centers

The purpose of this bid is to establish a (1) one-year requirements contract for the supply and delivery of polymer to the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD) to support the dewatering of up to 54,500 dry tons of sludge at NEORSD’s Wastewater Treatment Centers, as detailed in the specifications.Two Testing Stages are mandatory as part of the Phase 1 bid submission process.  Failure to complete either of these testing stages correctly will result in the inability to participate in Phase 2 of the bidding process.Stage 1 Bench Testing:Qualified bidders will be permitted to perform bench testing of their product to prepare for full-scale evaluation. Questions are due on August 15, 2025, via OpenGov. All Bench Testing to be completed by 3:00 PM on August 19, 2025. Appendix A– Preliminary Bench Testing Form, and Appendix B – Intent to Perform Full-Scale Trial, must be submitted by August 20, 2025.
