April 22, 2024 To Whom It May Concern:           The City of Cleveland, through its Director of Human Resources is soliciting proposals from qualified firms interested in providing Prescription Drug Coverage for the City. Subject: Request for Proposal (RFP) for Prescription Benefit Manager Services The City of Cleveland is seeking proposals from qualified Prescription Benefit Manager (PBM) vendors to provide comprehensive pharmacy benefit management services. Our organization is committed to ensuring that our employees have access to high-quality, cost-effective prescription drug benefits. We are particularly interested in a vendor that can offer competitive pricing, robust rebate programs, and effective clinical programs to enhance the overall health and well-being of our members. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit detailed proposals from PBM vendors who can meet our organization's specific needs. The selected vendor will be responsible for managing our prescription drug benefits, including pricing negotiations, rebate programs, and the implementation of clinical programs to improve health outcomes.
